Cancellation Policy

Accessible Care Discount Program Policy Discounted private-pay rates are available for: Seniors (65+ with limited income): $40 initial assessment ($30 follow-up) Medicaid recipients: $30 initial assessment ($20 follow-up) Eligibility Requirements Seniors: Proof of age (65+) required before first visit. Medicaid: Proof of active Medicaid card required before first visit. Note: Medicare alone does not qualify. Payment & Cancellation A card on file is required to hold your appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be charged the applicable session rate (discounted or standard). Refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows. Acknowledgment By booking, I confirm that: I meet the eligibility requirements for the Accessible Care Discount Program. I authorize my card on file to be charged the session rate if I cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend my appointment. I understand that refunds will not be provided for late cancellations or no-shows.
